@BruceLeeDivineWind indeed young one.. although koryo is the most imporntant form in taekwondo it resembles alot about life and the true way of taekwondo

where I go its koryo to receive 1st, keumgag for 2nd, etc...

Has anyone ever written in-depth about the use of Ki in Taekwondo? Or the use of slow powerful movements and ki/chi?
I have practiced Tai Chi for a long time, although I started out with Taekwondo.
