I've seen ghettos in a few countries. Only in American ghettos have I seen a guy on welfare, with a bag with 72 grams of crack, an AK 47, 3 cell phones, and a couple grand in small bills. And you see dope dealers in the ghettos like that all day.. Africa is just dirt fucking poor not ghetto.

@311brusier NY, LA, and Chicago were NEVER the WORST ones. They were as bad as everywhere else, but not THE worst. DC and New Orleans were the murder capitals throughout most of the 90s.

@311brusier You're right. NYC's murder rate is about 4 times that of London. The UK is not more dangerous than the USA. However, Europe is not the safest place in the world either. It's not safer than East Asia such as Japan and South Korea. And Eastern Europe is pretty dangerous, with murder rates on par with many American cities. Russia's homicide rate is actually higher than Mexico's.

All the liberal states have the highest rates of hate crimes in the US, while southern states have the LOWEST rates of hate crimes in the country. Also, the south is the most racially integrated region in the country in regards to black/white integration. Even rural towns down south can be 50/50 black and white. Quit spewing ignorance.

@BKsMassive New York is alot worse then London. Are you stupid there is more murders in New York and Philly then 600. New York in a good year has 560 murders. In the 1980's in a single year NYC had over 2500 murders. Chicago been over 600 murders in a year!! You don't know anthing. Europe is the safest part of the entire world. New York is not that bad anymore but alot worse then London. America has alot more violence and murders then Britian. 1714 murders in 2007 for Britain thats it your lucky

@b720354m baltimore and the DC area are tiny compared to NYC:Bronx Brooklyn Queens Staten Island Manhattan and Yonkers, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle are right outside of NYC and the New York City metoplotian area has alot more ghettos then baltimore and DC area. Its not even close. Philly is the size of Brooklyn and Queens is bigger then both. There is more than 331 housing projects in NYC. Camden NJ is usually the worst city in the U.S. this year its 2nd Balitmore and DC are that bad like NY and NJ
