It's been awhile, but I got back into mugen and released Balance vs Cheap Episode 9! Since my mugen knowledge is pretty rusty, I'll try to explain the characters the best I can. On our left:
Baby Bonnie Hood (BBH127 I think): Well known fighter, this girl packs a punch. She likes to aggresively fight while shooting fire from a blowtorch I think, kneeling down with low kicks and jumping in the air to hit you at any opportunity she gets. Baby Bonnie also has an assortment of deadly specials and supers. There's her pursistant doll that follows the opponent around and blows up after awhile (which damages both Baby Bonnie hood and the enemy), a rapid missile fire where she turns purple and fires a constant barrage of missiles for a limited time, the target seeker where she jumps in the air and blows a sh*tload of missiles at you after landing a target on the opponent and her deadliest super I believe is when she summons the hunters and they all shoot you up.
Haruhi Suzumiya (???): Once again I forgot the author's name however I do know a bit about the creation. Haruhi traditionally likes to start whacking her enemy and then call upon her helpers to knock them up a bit while she does more damage too. She can use a baseball bat and hit either a ball or you with the bat. She has a couple of supers, there's her magic circle thing where she has a wizard girl freeze the opponent in a weird circle and then Haruhi jumps and lands on the opponent and the one where she dresses up and charges you with a medival jousting pole.
Lei-Lei (POTS): Made by Phantom of the Server, Lei-Lei was cheap but is now a great fighter thanks to POTS tuning. She can grab her opponent and shred them up, toss a bomb in the air which yields any random number and blows up depending whether or not Lei-Lei decides to activate the explosion (like Baby Bonnies doll bomb, it damages both Lei-lei and the enemy), there's a move in which she grabs a chain and swings back and forth for a few seconds at her opponent.
Hayato: Unsure of the author again, but Hayato attacks quite fierce. He rushes at you a lot with his staff and the special he uses the most which I've seen him use is the one where the screen turns white and he does this yell while a bright light damages you.
Our cheapies on the docket are:
Blaze X (The Disciple X): Made by the same guy who created Lucky Se7en, Blaze X is quite a fighter. Although her cheap mode isn't turned on for this video, she has a lot of cheap supers. There's her meteor shower which kind of works like D'Raven's meteor shower by ihoo1836, some thing with a knife and some others I don't remember. Her scream is kind of shrill, annoying and sounds like nails on a chalkboard.
Kill Bill JohnnyMo: Of course since Actarus gave us a crappy Uma kill bill character, there had to be room for another kill bill craption. He's over powered, has a fire blade special that does lots of damage and their's his constant blocking. That's all I can say about this stupid thing he calls a mugen character.
Gill (???): Some guys like Judgespear and Wickydoo have already shown me what this guy can do. The most annoying thing with Gill is his spamming of his blue orb with feathers and his rushing and punches when he isn't spamming you. He has a rainbow where he grows wings while hovering in the air as a bright Skittle's colored rainbow does massive damage, a meteor shower and a stupdi grab where he pounds your head into the ground. Worst thing is his ressurection super! When Gill dies while having either level 2 or 3 energy, he'll restore to full life and you have to fight him all over again!
Exnanase: This is probably Kuri's third cheapest creation. Exnanase's main problem is her blocking because she has a recoil guard like most of Kuri's broken Melty Blood edits that restores her health while her opponent hits her while she's blocking. When's she's not blocking and getting health back, she spams supers. The main super I've seen her use is the fire super where she fires a flame from the ground, she can pull out a bowl of Kimchi and breathe fire on her enemy and then there's the special where she grabs her opponent, rushes him/her to the wall and gold blasts them multiple times. Her cheapest one is where she calls a blue haired girl and they both blast a yellow blast that does ridiculous damage and insane block damage. Even if you do block it, it goes on for a bit and you'll end up dieing from the block damage anyway.
Stage: Last Stage
BGM: I like the tune, but forgot it. Can you help me Ampchu?
Also look out for what funny thing happens with Lei-Lei and Gill!
