This is a second draft of a video showing how to use VLC Media Player, a webcam, and a notebook computer to efficiently give swimmers immediate feedback on skills such as starts and turns.

In this version of the video I start out talking about how using video can be used to provide useful visual feedback and the problems that normally occur and how we can overcome them instead of starting with the technology used in the solution. After this clip a second clip would then go into the details of setting up the webcam, along the lines of the draft 1 intro video.
