Cleveland got what they deserved.
I don't know what's better.....paying injuredano and not have him pitch.....or have him pitch and witness a 10 era start after start. This guy is the biggest meat sack of our generation. Plain and simple.

He's been pretty decent this year outside of a few terrible starts.

Yankees are just sad they blew money on a pitcher who really just had a single good season.

What's the matter, Yankee fans? It wasn't your money wasted on Pavano. Your money was wasted on massively overpriced seats at the new stadium, which has looked far less than sold out on TV this year.

The Yankees have the highest average attendance per game in baseball. I wonder what garbage team you root for.

Yeah, Pavano was pretty fucking useless. He fucked the Yankees FO, and fellow teammates. He also lied about injuries, and thus betrayed many yankee fans. I would suggest a firing squad for him.

The Indians are showing interest in free agent Carl Pavano according to ESPN.
It looked like things were heating up with Pavano at the winter meetings but no one from a group that included the Jays, Marlins and Red Sox made much of a bid after expressing interest in him. Cleveland makes sense as a destination, though the team could use someone more reliable. If hes signed, hed have an edge over Scott Lewis, Aaron Laffey, Jeremy Sowers and Zach Jackson in the competition for two rotation spots

Carl Pavano's agent, Tom O'Connell, said the Red Sox are among a few teams interested in his client.
Pavano spent some time in Boston's farm system earlier in his career. He went 4-2 with a 5.77 ERA in seven starts last season with the Yankees and hasn't pitched a full season since 2004, which should make him a cheap grab.

another stroke of luck for Boston - the sox actually offered Pavano more money - but he wanted to be a Yankee... He was also traded by Boston to Montreal for Pedro - so in Boston he is a good guy..
