Brittanee Drexel was just 17 when she went missing on April 25th 2009. She'd gone to Myrtle Beach with her friends to celebrate spring break, but as her parents had forbidden the trip, she'd gone without their knowledge.

So having told her parents she was staying with friends just a few miles away from her home in Rochester, she made the journey to Myrtle Beach to start her vacation. Only her boyfriend knew where she really was.

She did not have anyone in her life watching out for her:

1. Her mother lets her "stay at her friend's house" without thoroughly checking with the supposed adult at the house.

2. Her boyfriend tells her to go to Myrtle Beach against her parent's wishes.

3. Her friends at Myrtle Beach didn't care where she went in Myrtle Beach.

People need to watch out for one another's welfare.

Graeme Moore is so cute an I love his voice. The hardest part about cases like this is when there's NO trace at all. I remember when this happen last year. Very sad but I think that she was snatched an killed possibly raped an taken to that swamp area a thrown to the wild life there. Then again there would a least be something there some body part or DNA left behind. IDK but this kinda scares me, think about the serial killers who are working today.

Have their parents and friends never watched an episode of Law and Order SVU, this type of shit happens all the time. I hope and pray that Scientist can develop a way to screen a baby at birth to determine if they will grow up to be criminals,sex offenders, etc.. Then just kill them all off. Cruel but needs to be done.

This story fascinates me. What could have happened to her? How could she be abducted and no one see? Did she know her abductor? I have no doubt that poor Brittanee is dead. I just hope and pray that one day they find her remains so her family will know what happened to her.

@xsunshinegirlie Agreed. But there are others who act as if this were impossible for this to happen. It is almost the perfect crime, except, some one in Peter's group may have commiited this crime &now Peter is taking the brunt of it. It was more than one person& it was someone who Britanee felt comfortable speaking to, someone who captured her full attention. Remember the cell phone is stiil on her person once she is in the moving vehicle. It isn't taken from her, yet
