Nice review. Great job of illustrating the size of the camera with an DSLR; plus the len(s) usage.

the original pen camera was half frame 35mm camera...your heavy breathing made me want to kick you.

I like that camera a lot and have thought about buying it. In your opinion, how does it compare to the E-PL2 and even the XZ-1? My camera needs are moderate, but I like some control when shooting and I'm real big on light sensitivity.

@ddnn3 the 4/3 as a whole has a 2x crop factor...m4/3 is identical sensor only eliminating the mirror
-
@1967flygirl you have to zoom your lens that close to it... if it doesnt work youll need a macro lens or an extension tube... what your seeing is mf assist....
-
is that the 30 1.4? i got the exact same equipment im wating on my mmf2 adapter from oly how you find af speed?
-
Hey what is your take on the New EPL-2? See I am stuck between three cameras, The EPL-2, Sony's NEX-5 and the Canon g12.....If you could pick one of these which on would it be? Thanks man....
-
I bought the same camera.....how do you do close ups from a distance? I press the magnifying glass button and snap but it saves as if I didn't zoom at all....why?

Take a minute and check out this video made with the Olympus E-p1.

I thought that the sensor was smaller in the PEN and micro 4/3 cameras. 2x crop factor.

Depends on what you're using it for. If you're shooting weddings or action where you need a fast autofocus and a sharp viewfinder go with an E620. If you just want a good camera for still life photography and snapshots the PEN will work just fine.
