The AquaLink View sports a built in digital display which lets you know exactly what the beacon is doing at all times. The view model also gives you the ability to do 60 GPS Self test (versus 12 on the base AquaLink model).

@ACR406 I see there is an aqualink view. why would I want the digital feed? Can you tell me a few reasons. Thanks for responding.

@STILLNAKEDBULLWINKLE You can use either the SARLink or AquaLink Personal Locator Beacon while hiking, the only difference in the models is that the AquaLink floats and the SARLink does not float.
