too slow a load time in between cut scenes and so on.either he is playing it on real hardware of the computer has slow drives.that game will play on a Turbo Duo or a Turbografx CD with a system 3.0 card.i have a Turbo CD with system 3.0 myself but most of the time i use a emulator so save the wear and tear on the Turbo.i bought this game in 1993 and still have it today,still one of the best Castlevania's and second to in my opinion to Symphony of the night.

Wow! I never noticed that the graphics and enemies are very reminiscent of Castlevania: Symphony of The Night.

I believe the other games have represented the Vampire Killer as a simple leather whip (albeit magically altered). The flail style only appears in this game.
