PC Case Mods! - Cutting Side Window For Case (part 1)

In this video i show you how to cut a side window for a pc case. I used a air powered cut off tool to cut through the thick steel.I recommended using a electric cut off tool if you do not have an air compressor fast enough to power the tool. You can also use a dremel if you have one. In part 2 i will show you how to cut the plexi glass (acrylic) so it has a perfect cut. Part 3 will be about putting on the U channel rubber and gluing the acrylic to the steel panel. Please subscribe to my videos for future updates! It's a grinder, kid. Read the label on the handle. And yes, next time you do something like this, make sure to use safety glasses.

And, naturally, he won't listen, then come back in 5 years with an eye patch and in every video, even a COD video, say "Use safety glasses when working with tools!!"

I guess you already got the part when you should buy safety glasses...

but when you start cutting dont start when the blade touches the material, it could grab it and kickbacks are nasty..

maybe one day you will suck @ gaming because you have only one hand...

Why dont you just use a plasma cutter or torch to cut? It'd be smoother.
