Actually the ten finger choke is done while both fighters are standing up also is known as ten finger guillotine, this is called a peruvian necktie (I'm actually peruvian, no pun intended) but mark is great i've seen a couple of his videos and now I can perform a beautiful crucifix and a pretty nice spine lock, greetings from Perú.

Did this so many times, before my trainer got pissed cause it's to dangerous to do it sometimes on practise. Awesome feeling when you pull it.

@putyourweedup He is wrong, nobody is perfect, ten finger choke is a trachea choke where your hands are cupped on the opponents chin, fyi I'm not wrong
