I love the point you made on "Doms" using BDSM as an excuse to abuse someone. That has always been my issue. Uuuugh. I am sub, and I ABHOR "Doms" like that.

Agreed with your big gripe. As a Dom, there's nothing that is a bigger freaking bummer than a sub trying to subtly take power. It makes you feel unappreciated/disrespected/dis­trusted in a big way. And everyone hates the assholes that are Dom-ing to abuse other people (especially other Doms) Dom's actually do CARE about their subs (don't know why that's so hard to understand for some people).

i always thought topping from the bottom was to mean that the sub would let the dom know how sub would like to be treated. that sounds more lile manipulating someone to do what the sub wants to me this is not serving the dynamic

Also a set of keys work nicely when it comes to going non verbal or a DM who knows whats going on can be warned ahead of time if an intense scene. Great video's and I agree completely there is a lack of protocol or ettiquette online and even sometimes in large groups

Question for you. Do you believe "bratting" is topping from the bottom? To me its fun but I hate getting away with it for to long because it does feel very much like topping from the bottom.
