@MrThoreros and you maybe right, it might not substitue for traditional railways now!
but they're would be time its going need to change and evolve, it's the way of life, everything evolutionise and becomes more advanced. If this didn't apply i don't they would be able to make maglev train or anyother advanced system jetplanes, Aero's plane, submarines. well maglev train is a train, it's name implies it's a train and it has the exact same purpose but it's just more capable.
-
@MrThoreros yeah i see where you're coming from but if you think about it this way, everything evolves, so in time its going to change. for example the first train and plane made, the first feature to distinguished these are for train it's train tracks and the plane would be the propellar on the front, they're been new generation of technology, new types for example there's a aero"plane" a jet"plane" it's exact same for a train. maglev"train" it gone that stage where it's evolved
-
@ViietML it 's difficult to say that maglev is really a train... it's another tehnology of transportation. that's true maglev can go a bit faster but it is more expensive to build the infrastructure, more complex technology etc... i don't that it can substitute to traditional railways
i think more computer automation needs to be used, i know there are safety Measures in place, But as speed increases, so does the risk of greater accidents. they Good, I'm just saying

@Thegreyraccoon the director of SNCF (french railway national compagny) said that the oldest TGVs are sometimes better than new ones because of less automatisation by computers lol. Computers are not so perfect. more complexity = less fiability. That's THE big problem of ICE train in Germany.

speed does not matter if you cannot afford to use them

@raven0833 that's right but TGV is still the cheapest high-speed train system for travellers in the world. this system has to reborn also
