Well, generally, unless someone is hurt, there is no need to call 911 after a collision. They should just exchange info and go from there. Interesting video though. Although with the way she was mouthing off maybe it was a good thing that he went by.

In the town I live in New Jersey, car accidents often receive a response of 3 or 4 police cars, with lights, sirens and horns blasting, even if there doesn't appear to be any injuries. If there is also a fight involved after the accident, you'll have virtually every on-duty officer in the town there in minutes. Funny how the cities are so much different. If you're in an accident in NYC, you're lucky you can get one cop car to respond, and that sometimes takes quite a while!

I love the NYPD... they are so funny. I guess in a real city like NYC they don't have time to send 5 police cars to a fender bender.
