US wades in on Syrian chemical weapons claims

As at least 26 people were killed in Aleppo on Tuesday, the Syrian government and rebel forces have accused one another of using such weapons. If true, this would be the first use of toxins in the two-year civil war. Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports from Washington.
