Handcuff and Tom Fool's Knots

The Handcuff and the Tom Fool's Knots are quite similar - the difference being how the loops are pulled through each other. Both start with two loops - I use clockwise loops for the most part - then pull one loop through the other - as demonstrated in the video. When you pull the top loop through underneath the bottom loop - that's a Handcuff Knot. When you pull the top loop through *over* the bottom loop - that's a Tom Fool's Knot.
