Yes, it'll keep taking damage until it dies or the spell duration ends. In addition, if you load an Irradiated unit inside a shuttle/dropship/overlord's belly, all other organic units will take damage as well.
I also think that if you irradiate a Terran infantry and then order it to enter a Bunker, it'll damage all other infantry next to it.

I think I heard it the "Neo Emperor," not the "New Emperor."

Part of the decision to rush probably was the map.... troy sucks. Everyone seems to rush on troy.

No such thing as luck on a 2-start-location map. Casy beat Jaedong fair and square with a perfect build and great micro.
