...or part of the credit scroll, anyway.

Really, you're not missing much. The rest of the credits feature the plain old usual Downtown theme music from the game and boast such bedazzling nuggets of insight as "English to Urdu Translation Team" and "Thank you, guy from down the hall, for bringing pizzas and chicken nuggets to our office parties".

Yes, I'm exaggerating. Everybody knows that Troika's people didn't even like chicken nuggets. Or office parties. ;-)

So why watch this part of the credits scroll? Well, watch it. It has the sexy-looking cityscape with the looming corporate towers and the rain slowly falling from the overcast midnight sky, all set to "Swamped" by Lacuna Coil, which is a pretty righteous song if I've ever heard one.

I don't know about you, but I'm in love with the credits scroll. It's a kick-ass credits scroll for the kick-ass end of a kick-ass game. :-)

(ADDENDUM: There are two somewhat different backgrounds for the credits scroll. This peaceful version is from the Camarilla and Kuei-Jin endings, where Jack's surprise goes unopened. All the other endgames result in LaCroix perishing in a huge explosion, so for those credits scrolls the top of the Venture Tower is ablaze in a huge fire and the rain is replaced with a brief shower of flaming debris. I don't know about you, but I like this gloomy, atmospheric rainy version better.)

  • Why isn't the building on fire?

  • @rageagaintstheNWO Because I didn't need Jack's help--or Jack's bomb--to take down LaCroix. I went the political route and conspired with Strauss instead. Hence, the Camarilla ending. As mentioned in the video's Description. Which you overlooked.

  • Played a Brujah since 1999 and never been prouder...Anarchs are everywhere and we will have it our way Camarilla fucks...

  • @Tarkamkrest Anytime you Anarchs want to take another shot at driving out the Camarilla, just remember: we have a LOT more Nosferatu than you do. And they are always out there. Hidden in every crack, cranny and shadow. Watching your every move.... >:-)

  • Lacuna Coil. Awesome.

  • When you're tAaAaAaAaAaAaAaAaAaught through feeeeeelings!!

  • @zodden01 true enough. it's a god damn crime that this game is so often over looked. i really believe it's time for someone step up and continue to the greatness of this game. it was too ahead of its time and maybe too ambitious as well, but the world needs another rpg like this.

  • @Terra1311 Yeah...according to the Tremere. The Tremere seem to think that Caine himself fears them. Nevermind that the Tzimisce have turned uppity Warlocks into comfy living throw cushions more than once in Kindred history....

Wanna know what the Nosferatu are scared of? Well, they've always feared their nasty uncles, the Nictuku. And now they fear the Assamites, ever since the Assamites outsmarted the Tremere and broke that pesky Blood curse. Thanks for the incompetence, Warlocks. :p

  • @rageagaintstheNWO CAMARILA ENDING

  • Never gonna be another one like this one...What a ride from the opening to the ending. For those who haven't played this yet-GO GET THIS GAME!
