Bolivia unlike the most of the southamerican nations has a very diverse kinds of human races; white, black mestizo even asian bolivians all of them a litle sintesys of the world also we have many kinds of climates... so we are diverse.
Interesting words from both presidents but i think that this is just impulsed by Interest Bolivia and Russia need each other, but the real question is how far this will go?

the alliance is not just "russia iran venezuela cuba bolivia" you forgot to mention china which is crucial and left out a lot of countries
half of the world is aligned with the U.S, and half was aligned with the former soviet union, but it's still about 45/45 with the rest being neutral
