This time it looks better , it's hard to tell thru the plastic sheeting. It wasn't perfect but was the best one I've made so far. I didn't show it but even the tedlar on the back melted in real nice.

  • The sun Electric panels are already laminated to glass. That's why all you need to do is add the frame and junction box. They are more than 75 cents per watt when you add shipping cost and the frame and junction box cost. Shipping can be over $200.

  • Why? Are you next to salt water or something? Have you seen the Sunlec panels that sell for 75 cents per watt? They don't have frames or junction boxes and I bet this would be a great idea to protect them if you don't lose power from it. Have you tested it out to see if using them like this will cause any performance decreases?
