Noelle Richardson, Chief Diversity Officer of the Ontario Public Service spoke on the need for 'education' to enable organizational diversity and 'inclusion'. A step forward towards this goal is through education and part of that is to understand racism is not the purview or construct of North America or Europe but that it is unfortunately a facet of our human condition. Noelle cited her trip to Africa where she witnessed racism as a case in point.

  • I believe Noelle was indicating a clear path towards the resolution of the problem has to determined in order for it to be remedied. To get direction you then have to first understand what you are dealing with.
