This audio was not recirded on the Detroit Senate Wurlitzer, pictured here, it is from Walt's CD "The Modern Theatre Organ" and is recorded on one of Dave Junchen's instruments, I think Gilson's in Madison. I don't have the CD any more, loaned it out and now it's gone. The DTOS Wurlitzer does not have tibias as good as these.
:'( i remember this concert and this song... it still hits me .. .im going to really miss this organ... This was before scott rebuilt the 16 foot Bourdon and the 32 foot resultant wasnt quite up to par but still there is no other organ that sounded like this in that theater. Thanks for posting this.
As per the CD notes, this was recorded on the Krughoff 4/33 Wurlitzer

Very well done. Normally I'm not too great a fan of theatre organs, but this is just lovely.
