    he does it that way because he can. you should ideally do it slowly. kind of silly of him to not show proper form on the video, but he says so on his blog that you should do it slow in the beginning

    Do you really need the ballistic effect here? do you have to do it as explosive and fast as you can? do you need all that velocity for it to be effective?
