@burso772 Very extreme media can promote desensitization and passivity. However the tendency for people to start recording or gawking at some incidence where someone needs help is also reflection on people's cowardice, being coddled, and what they've been taught about not getting involved in things. When people lack the ability to differentiate reality and unreality it becomes apparent very apparent early. Any sane person who is raised with a sense of morality knows the difference.

@BlueBerryWizard Do all people have sanity? I know that if I play fiction video games for 24 hours strait, all I can do is think about the game all day long. Im 18 and realize what digital media can really do to you and kids. Thats also another thing society is being brainwashed about... Stop worrying about what other people do to themselves.. If you told me to go into a box because I am doing drugs I might curse you out. Dont worry about me hurting myself. Not your job nor is it the governments

To me it seems as if to be rewritten moral patterns then anything. The condoning of an action/behavior in other words. I would say yes to a large degree Television is a huge problem then again thats only if your a truly shitty parent. The government is trying to teach children that they are better for them then the family unit. Especially under the Obama admin. HE basically told children to stop listening to their parents. Its a mixed array of things that are the issue.

So tell me: Where is all the slapping, biting, kicking, and screaming women at men? Or are you just prone to assuming violence is caused by men?

@brianisnotgodufool Perhaps because those are parts of the brains not meant to process this stuff seeing as other parts do that just fine and anyone without a defect (such as psychopaths and some people with brain damage have) in the brain can rely on the parts that do create empathy to guide them in moral decision making?

Hey, I was wondering to the person who made this video if I had permission to use it in my history project?

This isn't "read your paper or watch the news" territory, or "go back to your television" territory.
You want me to believe this? Pony up the science.
-
@BlueBerryWizard there are centers in the brain that DONT know the difference.

@AtrocityStudios go back to your television.

The fact is even with out back up this video makes sense and if you don't see it then you are still under the spell of entertainment. Yes it would be useful to have some kind of back up for those who need it. But the fact is the media today is full of murder, sex, drugs and murder.
Only 1 thing there which is good id the sex as it is a natural part of life and creates life. The rest destroy and if that is what people grow up with then........... (I dont think we need any science here ).
This is a lot of conjecture without sources.

(part 3 of 3) Anyone who has the least bit of sanity in them knows the difference between games and real life. If you honestly cant tell the difference between killing pixels and killing flesh, you need to be in an asylum because youre a danger to yourself and everything around you. Even the people who go out and hurt others know theyre hurting living things.
