To spin dry your clothes, get a five gallon bucket drill it full of holes, or burn them in with a hot piece of metal. Put in the wet clothes. tie a long piece of rope to a high tree branch/limb. attach the bottom end to the handel of the bucket. Then twist the whole thing up, like a witches cradle. let go and run like hell. Spun dry clothes

@webyourstuff They washed twice a year and used massive amounts of perfume oils. Other than that they did their washing at the river thrashing their clothing on the rocks.

Of course you can rock it sideways if it's well sealed.
If you plan to drive 9 miles to the river to dump the water and then get clean water you have to remember NOT to dump the water in the river.!!! That's a contamination the environment doesn't need! Learn from the boys and girls scouts.
