  • we can all learn from this... Don't drink then preform a song.

  • @dia33386 Not too funny. I'm ready to join ole Van Gaugh (spelling?). The great rock is gone :(

    Too freakin funny!

  • OUCH! This hurts! Keyboard organ not bad - but the rest of the band plays like they're falling into a stupor & could care less! Drums - sorry, Babe, you're no Ron Bushy (but then *no* one is - so, practice, practice). All in all pick up the beat & put some serious heart & soul into it! Who knows? Maybe the wine the originals overimbed would help!?

  • Yeah, like me trying to repaint the Mona Lisa. And speaking of painting, if Van Gaugh were alive today, we would have known why he cut off his ear!

  • @LawrenceKennard -- Eight bars into the "song", I couldn't bear it any longer.

Once in a great while, when something is witnessed, one can't help but ask..."what were they thinking?"

As far as why would they do this, I am often amazed at what some will come up with when they have too much time on their hands.

    One thing for sure:

For over 40 years, every time I see, (hear), attempts to play this classic cut, they completely miss the very essence of the original - like they don't even care.

  • @MichaelRMcCoy Yeah, it hurt to hear this. The song was a catalyste, (spelling?) and why...just why did they do this? It hurts.

  • Not that bad, but the singer is weak.
