omg, i was driving at the same motorway
that day. maybe 10 km before the accident O.O
but we were bypassed on a smaller road and didn't know anything about what has happened.

It wasn't a wall, but a simple guard-rail. Many motorway stretches in Italy do have a cement wall, and such things don't happen there.

may not have been a heart attack could have fallen asleep at wheel or with big artics\semi a blow out on the front wheels can be catastrophic. the poor truck driveron the other side ... and check out the ambulance? that was knocked like a pool ball he was VERY lucky
