You know? I decided I like this type of video from Alex. I thought the one with his dog & the laser was weird at first & a little long, but it really did bring the point home. Same this time, but even better because it was the right length.  No shouting & no ranting necessary. The point is made stronger this way. He could employ this attitude on set & would be more effective & hopefully less stressed out
