I think my cat has this too, but its hard to me to catch it on video. How did you manage this. Do they just end up having it from when their born? Does genetics contribute to this?? Please let me know, I'm bringing my poor little guy to the vet.

Thats Feline Asthma. Look up other videos under that term. Take Doggles to the vet. He's such a cute kitty.

Yep, this was confirmed by the vet to be feline asthma, and doggles is being treated. Thanks for everyone's help.
