Levine's New Horizons Band is an ensemble open to adults who are new to an instrument or reviving musical studies. Directed by Paul Norris, weekly classes include a group instrumental lesson and a full band rehearsal.

Levine School of Music, the Washington DC region's preeminent center for music education, is a welcoming community where children and adults find lifelong inspiration and joy through learning, performing, listening to, and participating with others in music.
