@journeysoflifebooks Yeah, with me it had to do with a whole bunch of app's I'd purchased over a few months that I had assumed were being included with my bill, but apparently they weren't and they had built up over time.

I had an experience like this too with customer service for my cell phone. Except it was because they had messed up my charges when I had changed my phone number. It was a nightmare and took almost two weeks to resolve.
It does make you wonder sometimes how much training do a lot of these people actually get. Reading from a script can only get you so far. :D
