  • My father was lead guitarist for the Rhythm Rockers. Thought it was early 60's though not 50's. His name was Danny Antell.

  • one of the unsung greats of RAB, his best is the "cross country" label version of this song, for some reason sam phillips didn't like it and changed it when he re- released it on sun. one of the 3 mistakes i think sam ever made. the other two were not following up blue suede shoes with put your cat clothes on and letting go of that long haired guy from mississippi---what was his name?
