A lot of kids, mostly Orange City's All-Star team, participated in the Base Race. There is never a clear winner, no trophy or coupons, just a lot of fun. Two youngans start out ahead of everyone else to kinda level the playing field and then the race is on. The catcher holds a really tall guy they think is faster than everyone else but other than that, it is a no hold's barred race. Cody is the clear winner... or is he? :-) The kid is quick, there is no doubt about that! GO CODY!!!
