Brian explains the differences between Mid Body hands and Impact Hands at Address, inlcuding clubface psoitioning. From Brian Manzella, PGA, G.S.E.D. BrianManzella.com/forum
Brian has a very nice way of explaining things. He is a natural teacher. My take on this hands position is that for a lagging clubhead takeaway midbody hands are ideal. Jack Nicklaus in his book "Golf My way" says that he feels like he is taking the club away (at the start of the backswing) with his left shoulder. Using this method the impact hands feel more natural . I also like impact hands because it gives my brain a preview snapshot of what impact should look like (hands ahead of clubhead)
