Just eat nothing but fruits, vegies and organic legumes & nuts. Simple as that. And drink coconut water 3-5 times a week.

Great video...but we need to talk about your diet! Waaay too many grains on your plate this AM. You just ate more grain in one meal than I will eat all week! Papaya good. Then an hour or two later 2 or 3 handfuls of spinach with 2 or 3 egg whites. If you can't identify the original source and eat it out of the ground without processing you probably should not eat it! There are no triscuit (or energy cookie)

What does diet have to do with being a black belt? What does violence have to do with it? What does courtesy, respect (self, others, planet, etc.) have to do with a black belt test? At 7th dan (my next rank), what about life doesn't have something to do with my black belt test?

Ok, I know! I love those grains! Love toast and crackers (lol). Ok, I'm on it! Fewer grains, more fresh. I've noticed I'm not eating many green leafy things....
