  • I like that alot!i have a couple questions though: how much nail polish did you put on the sponge and where did you get the dotting tool?

  • @98squirtmarie I don't really know how to explain how much polish i put on the sponge -- but i almost always dab the sponge off once or twice on a piece of paper before applying it to my nail so i don't apply too much. the dotting tool i got from ebay. there are lots of sellers selling the exact same thing. :)

  • I like how she says she is gunna get another sponge and grabs the same one...xD

  • @CaylaJewel01 haha. i had to watch the video again. it didn't seem like something i'd say and not do. I actually did grab a different sponge. it had the darker blue polish on it from when I did my thumb. It wasn't the one I used to sponge the first color on with. ...not that it really matters much. lol.. :D

  • I love the background colors soo much! And thankyou for not using nail polish that's expensive and hard to get! :)

  • @SpiceyPear thanks! you're welcome. I do have more expensive polishes, but I don't end up using them for nail art too often.. (i think i'm paranoid about them running out ;)

  • I love the colors you used. I actually duplicated this technique, minus the pinwheels, and I've got nothing but compliments! Instead of the pinwheels I did yellow and lime green stripes coming out of the corners with white dots sprinkling from the stripes. I also put a light green rhinestone in the corner of each nail. Thanks for the ideas...keep em coming!
