@cpretartedmuch - keep at it! In my opinion, perseverance is more important than anything else if one wants to create great work! I paint as much as I can, but with two young kids, full time work and some grad school, time is scarce these days.

However, I find inspiration from Winston Churchill -- he started painting when he was 40 and was able to keep at it for 50 years. Some of his works are really great!
