Using marijuana is still a felony under under nevada law. Possesion is a misdemeanor, but if you fail a urine test (not a choice to take) you face the possibility of felony Internal Possesion or Use Of A Narcotic Substance. I just did 6 months in nye county for said charge.

Odom602, you're wrong!! It may take a considerable amount more time but eventually the feds and states will decriminalize the use of marijuana like Canada! Some countries like Canada are further along in some areas like this due to our POWER hungry politicians and police!! In the end will will prevail though!
