wow. I am in the "over time " catagory on the effects of stress. I ultimately became addicted to Opiates but was one of the few percentiles able to self-detox and remain free of (drug) self-medications. However, after reading and listening to these Brain videos of yours, I realize quite clearly that my brain still wants to lean back onto the "quik fix" that self-medicating mascarades as. It is still learning to fire up the new pathways required in habit breaking, right?
