Talent Show 2010 KING TeC Blacklight Dancers!

For the 2010 talent show, KING TeC Robotics Team 2169 danced. We danced to blacklights and techno music, and I can't think of a better way to end the year!

Note: I know that this is a copy of a Fighting Gravity performance but the talent show committee gave me 5 DAYS (during AP tests) to put everything together. I didn't have time to be creative, so I did the best I could. This performance was perhaps the 5th time we had ever done it in costume. I sincerely thank the originators of this performance and hope they see that this was just the attempt of a robotics team to wow our school. Thank you

People need to realize that Fighting Gravity did NOT invent this sort of dancing or act. They just made it more popular. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Fighting Gravity. Their acts are incredible, and I'm a huge fan, but don't go around saying "OH, YOU STOLE THEIR IDEA, HURRR" because really, they didn't invent blacklight dancing. The hoodies and the look of everything is though.

I enjoyed watching this, but Fighting Gravity DID influence your act, and you should at least credit them!

What is the point of a "talent" show? to entertain? to get people comfortable with doing what they can at the moment in front of others? It sounded like others were entertained, as well as I was while I watched on You Tube.

Given some of the posts it seems that a better use of tax dollars would be to have students in a classroom, particularly elementary spelling, instead of at a school talent show.
