  • yeah i know what you mean i dont care about numbers i want 1/4 time slips...but a/f is constant at 11.5 through out the whole power band he said thats the safest he can get it...its a k20a2 in a eg hb with a ebay turbo kit hahah pretty impressive for 10 psi

  • @yengvang1987 That is pretty conservative numbers. We tuned a K24/K20head on a sidewider turbo and a 60-1 turbo and at 10psi this dude made 340whp on our Dyno Dynamics. I guess with a better turbo manifold you would get a little bit higher numbers at that PSI. In any case this dude had a 2.4L so that does help the recipe.

11.5 AFR is a good place to be in sense of fuel and thermal management. That engine should go down the track with out any problems at those AFRs in summer heat.

  • ok i'm just wondering because we had this chat before...and you once told me that del sol in your vids the yellow one only made 217hp and you said on the dyno jet it would make 260-280 so i was wondering where i should be at if i was on the dyno jet since i made 300 flat on the DD

  • @yengvang1987 If I said a figure that high then I apologies since that is incorrect. At the most a 14% increase from one machine to the other, but that is a rule of thumb %. I guess since u are enamored in dyno numbers you might as well take it t the dyno that u care to see more happy numbers. The number that finally counts is the one at the end of the 1320.

  • how much power would that be on a dyno jet because i just got my tuned and it made 300.4hp on the dyno dynamics and my friend said if it was on his dyno jet it would of made 360-380hp is that true?

  • @yengvang1987 depending on the dynojet locally that is what matters. There is one here and the difference between our DD and that DJ is 13-14% higher. So something in the ballpark of 300 to 380 would be more in line with a DD to DPac numbers.
