Proof if ever it was still need that Springsteen is the finest songwriter of the last 50 years. This wonderful song was not considered good enough to get on to Darkness on the Edge of Town. For any other artist it would be seen as beinbg one of their best and on a bests elling album, but Bruce the maestro punches out classics like this in his sleep.

how can a guy write so so many songs that touches everyone?? For me Bruce springsteen is the entertainer of all time....I loved Elvis but he didn't write all of his songs,,I think it's time the Grammys honor MR Bruce Springsteen with a lifetime achievement award !!! even though Bruce has more entertaining to do !! Love you Bruuuuuuuce !!!
