  • 2 pounds a week is excellent results. You don't need to make any excuses for that.

    My son once asked me how people can let themselves get so fat, and I answered, "gradually". Well that's the same way you have to get thin.

    You have a very quick wit. You would be fun to know.

    I wait until I am hungry and then I eat food.

  • Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

    hey im 13 and im think im 5'2 5'3 and weigh 160 what should i do cuzz i bike for 1 hour play basketball for half hour and do push ups what else should i do?

  • right, but noooooot easy. I changed my lifestyle once and was back to 212 in no time. now I live like 1 1/2 years on 186 and I am not perfectly happy yet.. but I MUST have patience because my body won't lose more with just eating healthy. I am exercising so.much. argh. But GOOD LUCK TO YOU!! *Thumbs up*

  • I don't expect you are overweight? It's very healthy what you do. :) But overweight people usually have problems recognizing when they are hungry and when they cope by eating. If I am unhappy, I get hungry all day. This needs a looot of training and self-discipline, to do what you make sound so easy. Good luck to you, you are blessed.

  • Can't pronounce produce? What is svelt? Perhaps a little less time in the gym and a little time in school may be in order.

  • Best way to lose it is:

    Morning:

    Drink some water, eat 2 slices of bread (no white bread) and some fruit.

    Lunch:

    Drink some water, eat fruit/slices bread and stuff.

    Dinner:

    Drink water, make your own dinner, but not to fat.

    And mostly whole day long drink water.

    Exercise like going to the gym or any other activity's 3-4 times a week.

    This make's u lose alot of fat.
