"How you breathe will determine whether your body responds to exercise as a fat-storing emergency or as a fat burning experience."

(John Douillard)

The more you stress and beat yourself up the more you burn carbs and you will crave them after your workout. If you calm down and focus on your breathing your body will be in 'non-emergency' mode and burn more fat!

  • wow i really didnt know that! :S so so interesting thanx!!!!!!

  • ^^^All of you ^^^

  • All of talking about 12 cranial nerves are half right- there are 12 PAIRS.

  • This is a good video. I have researched these theories on and off, and this ties into what I have experimented most recently and tried for myself. You have described it in a good manner and I hope take the time to listen and experiment this for themselves. Your lean and muscular physique is even more proof of the matter. It does take some concentration to do and get in the habit of changing bad breathing and stressful breathing to deep breathing, but it is worth it. Thanks for the video.

  • you are a moron..... I made it through the first minute of this video before I had to stop and comment on it. There are 12 cranial nerves and the parasympathetic nervous system is for resting and relaxation in response to a decreasing output of the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system reacts to stress..... I couldn't watch this entire video, I'm sorry, you are a moron.

  • Ruben, u the man. thanks for the vid, this is life saving. God bless u.

  • good tips. please post your next video about the breath techniques!1
