Ratlettes From The Sky

Just so you don't think my recent volunteer work in Vietnam meant luxuriating on business trip-type travel, please see this video from our hotel in Danang. It captures an accurate flavor of our living conditions. Rodent infestation has been an issue for some of our teammates, although it can be part of the challenge of working in a developing environment.  One morning, during a meeting in our hotel restaurant with one of the local international businessmen, a baby rat fell from the ceiling to the floor right near our feet.  At first, the "ratlette" appeared stunned from the fall, but slowly got his bearings...and eventually we got back to our business discussion topics.... Our 2 women teammates (seen out the window) are absolutely terrified of our fellow resident rodents....
