  • In addition to Thunder Tech, Crawford Performance Engineering (CPE) has the Terminator chassis, which is very popular as well, and available in either aluminum or carbon fiber.

  • who builds up them cars 4 you guys to samsh. its looks pretty sweet when they just explode

  • The car that pieces together and explodes on impact, I believe, is a Barbie car of some sort.

  • I went to the march madness 2008 when dan dufore exploded his chassis!!!!!!!

  • I'm not exactly sure how many runs I get in with 8 cells, but they do wear the comm down a lot faster than with 6 cells. The battery does get pretty hot though if you run through a whole pack.

This particular pack was a 3600 mAh Integy sport pack, but I've now switched over to SMC and Trinity matched 4600 side-by-side custom 8 cell packs.

I'd say run time with the 3600 was about 10 minutes with the 17Ts, and I'm not sure about the 4600s, as I haven't run through a whole pack with them yet.

  • How many runs did you get between rebuilts on 8 cells?

    Temps good?

What mah pack was it and how long could you drive like this before the battery went flat?

Now i can see how durable and how well it handles for a solid axel MT i'd consider getting one as a basher

  • i think im gonna get a wheely king as my entry level MT truck

  • I'm not sure exactly, but some modified Clods can go from $800-$1000 if everything was purchased separately. There are some good deals on ebay from time to time that come with mostly everything except a radio maybe for nearly half that price.
