In the trackboxes of the Drum Editor you can individually adjust MIDI channel, grid, quantization length, display width and velocity scaling for each drum instrument.

  • BTW, anyone know how to get the Magix sequencer to run the sounds out of an external drum machine?

  • I have Magix Music Studio Gen6 Deluxe. In my program, you can turn up the kick-drum or whatever by using the mouse-arrow or the pencil tool (in drum editor) and dragging the bar-up vertically. As for the other question, Once you have made the 1st Bar od the beat and copy/paste more they will all be the same. So, you need to erase the other 9 drum-copies and fix the 1st one you created in the drum-editer as i explained above. Tjem re-copy the 1st measure and paste them again.

  • good video. need more of them. for example, it's not clear if you can offset a track to be a few milliseconds late each time. also, what's with the german menu stuff in the demo. also, say you copy and paste a one measure drum pattern 10 times. then you want to adjust the volume on the first kick drum of each measure. do you have to adjust each one, or can you tell it to fix all 10 measures the same way.
