Bachmann is incorrect that people "can't purchase private health insurance after a date certain." To the contrary, a key principle of the bill is to create a new marketplace for people to buy private insurance. People who already get private coverage from their employer would continue to do so and should be able to shop for new plans with different coverage. People who are self-employed or work for small businesses will be able to buy private insurance through the new exchange.

You need to quit listening to FOX news and read the bill for yourself. Where in the constitution does it say that the government has right to deny a woman's right to chose?

Maybe I am mistaken but I have heard and read from reputable sources that over 140 million people will be forced into the "public option".That is almost half of Americans.This public option will require you to be up to date on all vaccines or you will be denied care.This bill will also allow jail time or fines for anyone who refuses insurance. Where exactly in the Constitution does it allow for our government to offer health care and to also imprison or fine those who refuse?
