lebanese squash (kousa) seeds are available online and in stores...for those who wish to grow their own, please check my website's alice's kitchen resources page. i list many sources for lebanese squash seeds...including organic.

after a quick check of my weblinks, here's what i found (however, since we
are just between growing seasons, the companies may not have next year's seeds ready to order until after the first of the year):
