OOPS i TOTALLY accidentally removed the LAST comment. she had asked if the manly 120 palette was truly very pigmented or if it was the base that made it so pigmented. i'd say most of the darker colors r very pigmented and the shimmery/sparkly ones. HOWEVER, i feel it's pretty powdery so i like to use a base so it sticks to my eyelids better =)
